Why I am not able to login to the Customer Portal?

After 6th Aug - 2020, Jumio has come up with a new customer portal with more enhanced features.

To access the new portal, please ensure to log into your corresponding datacenter:

If you are still using the Old Customer Portal, then it will be automatically redirected to the New Customer Portal. In case there is some issue with the redirection, please follow the two steps:

  1. Make sure you are not using the old portal URL e.g.  https://portal.netverify.com/login. If you are still using the old URL, please remove the "/login" from the end of the URL to be automatically redirected to the new domain. 
  2. Ensure you have cleared your cache and try again.
